I’m Elettra, an experience designer working at the intersection of culture, thoughtful hospitality, and precise execution.

Shaped by intellectual curiosity and lived practice—an MSc from the London School of Economics, editorial leadership, authoring a cookbook, and over a decade designing and executing retreats, programs, and immersive hospitality—I partner with founders, institutions, and brands to bring values to life.

I shape retreats, conferences and immersive experiences that are intentional, memorable and authentic. Working with place, pacing, programming and hospitality, I help create experiences that resonate emotionally, elevate your brand, and stay with people long after they leave.

Program Renewal & Creative Direction

I partner with established organizations to evolve their programming –inviting in new audiences, hosts, and formats while preserving depth, rigor, and integrity. This often means rethinking format, tone and cultural context without abandoning what already works.

Translating Values Into Lived Experience

When ideas and values first live on a page or online, I help to bring them to the physical world into thoughtfully designed retreats, pop-ups, and immersive that feel unique, engaging, and true to your identity and brand.

Storytelling & Voice

I clarify voice, narrative and tone – shaping language that feels grounded, human, and true. Drawing on years of writing program materials, editorial projects, graduate research, published articles, and my book, I translate complex values into words that resonate across experiences, programs, and written materials.
